Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex geospatial projects from planning through final delivery
- Oversee data acquisition (LiDAR, orthophoto, aerial) and post-processing workflows
- Coordinate internal staff, field crews, and external stakeholders
- Maintain project budgets, timelines, and documentation
- Manage QA/QC standards and ensure regulatory compliance
- Communicate with clients on project updates and deliverables
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geomatics, Remote Sensing, Surveying, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing geospatial or remote sensing projects
- Strong technical knowledge of photogrammetry, LiDAR, aerial mapping, and data analysis
- Proficiency with Pix4D, TerraScan, Spatix, ArcGIS, Global Mapper, AutoCAD/Civil 3D
- Hands-on experience in planning aerial data acquisition and large-scale mapping
- Excellent leadership, scheduling, and communication skills
- PMP certification preferred; ASPRS certification is a major plus
