Job Description

As a Graduate Engineer or Management Trainee at HPCL, you’ll integrate into multidisciplinary teams driving India’s energy resilience. Engineers will tackle technical challenges in chemical/mechanical/electrical domains, while management trainees will lead initiatives in marketing, HR, or finance.
