📝 Job Description (Key Responsibilities & Work Environment)

As a Junior Executive or Associate Executive at BPCL, you’ll be integral to operational excellence across refineries, pipelines, and R&D facilities. Your core responsibilities include:

• Technical Operations: Monitor refinery processes, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure compliance with safety/environmental standards (ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001).

• Project Management: Assist in executing plant upgrades, automation initiatives, and sustainability projects (e.g., biofuel integration).

• Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams in maintenance, quality control, and supply chain to optimize production efficiency.

Essential Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in relevant engineering discipline with minimum 60% marks from AICTE/UGC-approved institutions.
