Job Description (Key Responsibilities & Work Environment)

As an Assistant Director (Planning), you’ll spearhead urban development projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with zoning regulations. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and urban simulation software.

• 5+ years in municipal planning, land-use analysis, or infrastructure design.

• Knowledge of Indian building codes (NBC 2016) and environmental laws.
