• Valid NET/SLET qualification OR Ph.D in History complying with UGC Regulations 2018

• Specialization in Northeast Indian history/Mizo tribal studies

• 2+ years teaching/research experience (preferred but not mandatory)

• Proficiency in digital archiving tools and e-learning platforms

• Demonstrated research publications in Scopus-indexed journals

• Working knowledge of Mizo language (advantageous)
