Job Description
As a Deputy Manager (Technical) at Pawan Hans, you’ll oversee helicopter maintenance protocols, ensuring compliance with DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) standards. Key responsibilities include managing technical audits, supervising maintenance teams, optimizing fleet availability, and implementing safety management systems. Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech with 60%+ aggregate. AME (Aircraft Maintenance Engineering) license preferred.

Proficiency in CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation) software.

Expertise in rotary-wing maintenance (Dauphin/ALH helicopters).

Knowledge of ICAO Annex 6 and CAR 21 regulations.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in aviation MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul). Candidates from defense/PSUs prioritized.
