Job Description

As a Manager at RITES, you will spearhead critical projects in transportation, metro rail, or renewable energy sectors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading technical design reviews, feasibility studies, and contract negotiations for national/international infrastructure projects.

  • Coordinating with government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, budget-compliant project delivery.

  • Mentoring junior engineers and managing cross-functional teams of 15–20 professionals.

  • Implementing quality control protocols and risk mitigation strategies aligned with ISO 9001 standards.

Eligibility & Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Technical Roles: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from AICTE-recognized institute.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in infrastructure project execution, tendering, or contract management.
