Job Description
As the Head of FHS Component Operations, you’ll lead a team of 11 professionals to ensure seamless delivery of Airbus’s Flight Hour Services across India and South Asia. Your core responsibilities include:

Operational Leadership: Oversee daily FHS activities, including component repair loops, warranty administration, and direct shipment operations, ensuring compliance with TSP/FHS contracts.

Customer Excellence: Serve as the primary local interface for airlines like Air India, SriLankan Airlines, and others, maintaining 95%+ service-level performance and driving customer satisfaction.

Supply Chain Innovation: Optimize all 12 legs of the supply chain, from component repairs to logistics, while collaborating with global teams in Toulouse and Kuala Lumpur.

Business Growth: Support sales campaigns and regional business development, expanding Airbus’s footprint in South Asia’s rapidly growing aviation market.

Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous improvement through Airbus Operation System (AOS) principles, skill-building, and structured performance management.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Aerospace Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance, or related field.

7+ years of aviation industry experience, with 5+ years focused on logistics, OEM, or MRO operations.

Fluency in English (written/spoken).
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in maintenance systems (AMASIS, RAMCO, or AMOS preferred).
