Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update patient medical records in line with facility protocols
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA privacy standards and secure documentation practices
- Process medical record requests from authorized healthcare providers and agencies
- Manage central supply inventory, place orders, and maintain accurate stock levels
- Assist nurses and healthcare staff in locating necessary documentation or medical supplies

Qualifications & Skills
