Key Responsibilities

  • Design and document enterprise-level network topologies and multi-site system diagrams.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Citrix Gateway, Virtual Apps, and Desktops.
  • Architect, upgrade, and support VMware environments, including vSphere and virtual infrastructure components.
  • Conduct patching, validation, and rollback procedures for Citrix, VMware, and Dell servers.
  • Manage backup, recovery, and snapshot processes for storage systems.
  • Implement standardized network engineering processes to ensure scalability and availability.
  • Plan for network capacity, availability, and uptime across production and disaster recovery systems.
  • Support occasional after-hours maintenance based on SLA requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder).
  • Expertise in Citrix technologies: Gateway, StoreFront, Virtual Apps, Load Balancing, and security configuration.
  • Strong background in VMware infrastructure management and disaster recovery design.
  • Experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure with business continuity (BC) and disaster recovery (DR) capabilities.
  • Active IAT Level III Certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CISSP, CCNP).
  • Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools and best practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on use of Qualys for network configuration assessment.
  • Experience with SIEM, EDR, and advanced log analysis tools.
  • Previous experience supporting government or public sector clients.
