Key Responsibilities
- Design and document enterprise-level network topologies and multi-site system diagrams.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Citrix Gateway, Virtual Apps, and Desktops.
- Architect, upgrade, and support VMware environments, including vSphere and virtual infrastructure components.
- Conduct patching, validation, and rollback procedures for Citrix, VMware, and Dell servers.
- Manage backup, recovery, and snapshot processes for storage systems.
- Implement standardized network engineering processes to ensure scalability and availability.
- Plan for network capacity, availability, and uptime across production and disaster recovery systems.
- Support occasional after-hours maintenance based on SLA requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder).
- Expertise in Citrix technologies: Gateway, StoreFront, Virtual Apps, Load Balancing, and security configuration.
- Strong background in VMware infrastructure management and disaster recovery design.
- Experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure with business continuity (BC) and disaster recovery (DR) capabilities.
- Active IAT Level III Certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CISSP, CCNP).
- Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools and best practices.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on use of Qualys for network configuration assessment.
- Experience with SIEM, EDR, and advanced log analysis tools.
- Previous experience supporting government or public sector clients.
